We help people make babies, when there are fertility issues and folks need to get a lawyer involved. Christine is one of only seven fellows in Texas of the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys. We work on a great deal of adoptions including relative, step-parent, same-sex second parent, and including adoptions both agreed and contested. She works with a number of LGBT couples on various legal issues, in both family law and estate planning, and is an invited member of the national LGBT Family Law Institue. We will help your straight friends get divorced, too, and practice a great deal of divorce and child custody disputes. Finally, CHA Law Group is experienced in doing wills and estate planning for people at a variety of income levels with disparate needs.
